Do you have the guts to last through the p90x program for a full 90 days? Remember if you keep to 15 reps a day that is all that is required. You spend let’s say 15 minutes of your day dedicated to bettering yourself it is a win/win situation. Not too much asked for other than keeping to the program pledge of not giving up. This program is not easy but with commitment, it will be done. Watch what you eat, and work out every day 365 days a year. Imagine having more self-esteem and just knowing “Hey” I look good. (more…)
