First off, the build quality of this Stainless Steel Chicken Fryer is great! Everything feels solid with a superior fit and finish. It’s pretty heavy but that’s a good thing because it holds heat really well, which is essential if you want to cook perfect chicken. Because it’s made of thick 18/10 stainless steel you don’t have to worry about temperature fluctuations that can lead to overcooked food and burned oil. This fryer is also pretty wide and deep enough to hold quite a bit of food, so that you can fry several pieces at a time. You get all the advantages of a cast iron fryer with a lot less weight and a more modern look and feel.
The stainless steel is also very nice to look at and will match well with your other stainless steel appliances. The tempered glass lid keeps hot oil from splattering and popping all over your kitchen while you are still able to observe your food for doneness. It would have been nice if the handles were covered, but they are quite comfortable in the hand. Overall I think this is a great stainless fry pan - it’s functional, stylish and priced to sell.
