Flower pot holders are not something you think about unless you have just the right situation. Most of the time you just use flower pots and containers. However there are some great pot holders that can be clamped to deck rails and fences that can really brighten up some very dull places in your outdoor decor. They can also be used in conjunction with trellises in and around your yard and garden. I have a wonderful set of stand alone holders made for different sized pots that stake in the ground and can be used almost anywhere. This allows me to bring color wherever I can use a stake.
Another great alternative to pot holders or planters are plant baskets. Whether they are the hanging style or made to be placed in containers doesn’t matter as the most important thing is they can be used where other things either won’t work or don’t make since. Having a great variety of plants as well as a way to display them on multiple levels will give your patio, deck or porch debt and beauty.
